Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely reporting of OTC derivatives trades, valuation, and collateral to the trade repository.
Investigate and resolve rejected transactions (Nacks) and resubmit reports.
Reconcile trade data between internal systems and trade repository records.
Escalate exceptions and collaborate with relevant teams for resolution.
Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support onboarding of new clients in the reporting process.
Prepare periodic MIS reports and assist management with analysis.
Train and guide new team members on process and tools.

Skills and Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of OTC derivative products and regulatory reporting requirements.
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Masters degree in Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
1 to 2 years of relevant experience in derivatives operations, trade reporting, or capital markets.
Mandatory:

or work in an international banking environment.
