Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Create and execute high-impact flight promotional campaigns in partnership with airlines, driving booking conversion and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives across all customer segments. Plan and execute flight promotional campaigns on Soctrip platform Coordinate with airlines and sales teams to align flight marketing efforts Design and run flight campaigns based on seasonal travel trends and route demands Monitor flight campaign performance and adjust strategies for optimization Work with airline partners to co-create exclusive flight deals and offers Report on ROI and flight campaign KPIs to management Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo Requirements: Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Experience : 3-5 years in travel marketing with focus on flight promotions Certifications : IATA certification not mandatory; Digital marketing certifications preferred Technical Skills : Experience with flight booking funnels and conversion optimization Proficiency in campaign management and analytics tools Understanding of airline pricing and promotional mechanics Knowledge of travel seasonality and route performance Key Competencies: Airline co-marketing partnership management Flight deal negotiation and structuring Route-specific campaign creation Festival and holiday travel campaign expertise Dynamic pricing and flash sale execution Performance marketing for flight bookings Campaign Types to Manage: Airline-specific promotional campaigns Route launch campaigns Seasonal travel promotions (summer/winter) Festival flight deals (Diwali, Christmas, etc.) Last-minute flight offers International flight promotions Performance Metrics: Flight campaign ROI (300%+ target) Booking conversion rate improvement Cost per flight booking acquisition Partner-funded campaign count Campaign-driven revenue contribution Benefits: Dynamic and friendly global start-up work culture Competitive salary with regular performance reviews Fun team activities: monthly birthdays, events, and gifts Annual team building and company outings Supportive environment during personal or health-related situations Paid leave and other benefits as per company policy
