Job Description

Goal: Organisation Performance Management and Business Process Analysis for a Non Profit Organisation Day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Developing an Organisation Performance Measurement Framework 2. Articulating departmental goals and performance metrics 3. Devising measurement approaches for teams and individual performance 4. Mapping Business processes that give role clarity to teams and individuals 5. Defining process quality and building ways to measure and improve them 6. Enabling process automation Duration: 6 Months Stipend: Rs. 5,000 per month for the first 2 months Upto Rs 7,500 per month for months 3 and 4 months ( subject to a performance rating of 4 or 5 on a scale of 5) Upto Rs. 10,000 per month for months 5 and 6 ( subject to a performance rating of 4 or 5 on a scale of 5) The above stipend amounts are subject to a minimum of 30 hours per week of time investment Perks: + Flexible work timing + Enabling Work Culture + LOR + Certificate of Experience About Us: Omysha Foundation has promoted the AI for Good (A4G) Impact Collaborative and the VONG Movement. Equip the new generation with the necessary knowledge and understanding of sustainability 2.
