Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage Order to Cash process, including Credit Management, O2C Cash Application, Dispute Management, Collection Management, Credit Collection.
Lead Transformation & Transition Management initiatives within the Order to Cash team.
Develop and implement strategies for improving cash flow and reducing bad debts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer disputes and optimize billing processes.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the Order to Cash cycle.

Desired Candidate Profile

16-20 years of experience in Finance function with expertise in Order To Cash domain.
Strong understanding of credit management principles and practices.
Proven track record of managing complex financial projects involving multiple stakeholders.

Candidate must be in a Managerial role in their current company and must be comfortable with Night shifts.
