What would you do? The Role:The incumbent must be expert in end-to-end order to cash lifecycle and will be responsible for Performing Cash Account Reconciliation, Quality check for MDM, Billing & Disputes Management. Managing team of 10-15 FTEs.for end to end Order to Cash Process. Overall experience of 8-10 years in OTC. Efficiently delivering the service for end-to-end OTC process which includes Billing, Cash applications, AR ledger Reconciliation, Master data Management, month end reporting, Cash forecasting. The role is also expected to perform the smooth transition for OTC sub-processes. He / She must have independently managed the order to cash process for International client, worked in BPO organization in a prior assignment(S) at least 7-8 years.Functional Responsibilities:Complete understanding of various account reconciliations (Bank / Balance sheet / GL account/Store accounts), Cash applications, MDM, Billing process. OTC reporting, process health metrics. Perform month end closing as per the agreed schedule Work on open items resolutions received, raise appropriate queries if required to clients and 3rdparties Prepare and post journals with prior approvals from clients/team leads. Manage OTC teams and processes in accordance with documented procedures and policies Participate in the weekly, monthly governance call and manage the status call. Lead the resolution of complex or sensitive issues from client, senior management, or cusotmerqueries on a timely basis Drive quality and process controls in OTC to ensure smooth operations. Participate in the weekly/daily calls with Client SMEs and ensure timely action on pending action items. Generate lean ideas and improvements in process and delivering the improved process controls, productivity, accuracy.

Qualifications:Minimum 8-10 years of OTC experience out of which must have spent last 6-8 years in BPO industry managing international client lead roles. Minimum bachelors degree in finance accounting with CA/CMA intermediates Good knowledge of Account Reconciliation process (Credit Card Accounts /Cash /GL Accounts / Balance sheet Accounts/ Miscellaneous store accounts) concept and variance analysis. System & applications Experience of working in SAP S4 Hana ERP, would ssbe preferred and added advantage. Sound knowledge of MS Excel & word. Having advanced excel knowledge would be an added advantage.Communication & Interpersonal skills Ability to interact with customers for daily operational activities with client SME Excellent in communication skills both oral and written as need to interact with customers/internal stakeholders via calls and e-mails. Closely work with team lead to drive process/organizational initiative Must be able to communicate both orally and in writing to with client Reconciliations SME and 3rdparties involved and can raise timely and accurate queries
