Order To Cash (O2C)

Job Profile

• This role aligns with clients priorities in GBS journey of OTC function , processes, technology and enables optimization by embracing best practices, breaking silos, eliminating redundant methods, standardizing processes , Operating Model redesign and Implementation of Tools and technology.

• Projects

  : He/She will be responsible to run functional projects and programs across accounts to standardize E2E OTC operations

• DD and Transition

  : Due Diligence and Transition support along with Solution validation

• Transformation:

  Will envision product level Transformation strategy and lead global process design / Blue printing , UAT and Implementation of O2C Tool/S4 HANA, also responsible for Operating Model change & Change Management.

• Ops Risk & Control

  : Ensure continuous monitoring and enhancement of Ops. Risk controls

• Capability Development

  : Assess current O2C product capability and drive product capability development through definition and mapping of proficiency and Skillset

• Product Level Escalation SME

  : Be the escalation point for product level resolution and SME guidance

• Customer Interface:

  Will lead HCL effort in all product level solutioning , Global process design workshops , UAT status and issue resolution and white boarding discussions

• Stakeholder Management:

  Will be instrumental in data gathering and understanding of As-Is process and facilitate the demos for future design consideration and work with Ops closely to identify the gaps and offer solution to avoid escalation.

• Knowledge Management:

  Will be responsible to lead the effort on Knowledge Management and training programmes, content creation and its execution for product level trainings.

• Change Management:

  He/She should ensure smooth transitions during the implementation of new processes, technologies, or structural changes, with minimal disruption to operations.

• Industry Best Practises

  : Implement industry best practices & benchmarking, and anticipate future state best practices and process trends
• Instil and oversee a Governance Framework for the processes
• This is an individual contributor role within Transformation/GBS core team with support of cross functional teams within Delivery Function
• He/She will report to Transformation Lead

Required Profile/ Experience

• Experience

  : Desired candidate should have at least 10-14 years of experience in OTC domain with rich experience in Cash Applications, Collections, Order Management and Billing tracks

• Process SME

  : Should have End to End process expertise in OTC activities and experience in OTC upstream activities would be an added advantage , should have experience in creating As-Is/ To-Be process flows , FMEA , User stories and UAT scripts. Should have experience in training end users.

• Functional Consultant / Process SME

  : Should have at least 5 years of relevant experience working in OTC - function/Tool Implementation/S4 Hana Design.

• Delivery experience

  : Should have working experience in managing OTC operations end to end.

• Pre-Sales and Solutions

  - Should have experience in client facing Pre Sales and Solution activities including Due Diligence and Solution creation for new deals

• Transformation

  Should have exposure to working on Transformation projects as OTC SME

• OTC Tools and Industry Benchmarks

  Should have knowledge of Industry wide trends on OTC Tools/platforms / S4 Hana Implementation and benchmarks and should have experience in Leading SIT/UAT and Hypercare support.

• International BPO Exposure

  : Should have relevant experience working in BPO ecosystem working on international projects especially Americas region.

• Cross Functional Expertise

  : Should have ability to work across teams and functions (Delivery, Sales, Pre- Sales, Transitions, HR, IT and Finance) to develop and execute plans

• Customer Facing skills:

  Should be proficient in leading client team meetings and presentations with customers using powerful product level material and presentations.

• Technology:

  Having experience in creating macros/VBA scripting , Power BI , RPA and certification in any given technology will be added advantage.

• Change management:

  Should have experience in Managing change due to Process design change and Tool Implementation.
