Order to Cash (O2C) / Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist

Job Description: You will be responsible for managing the Order to Cash (O2C) process as an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist at Acqueon. Your role will involve handling various tasks related to order entry, billing, invoicing, cash application, financial reconciliations, documentation maintenance, and process improvement within the O2C cycle. Additionally, you will support the Finance team in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process, including order entry, billing, invoicing, and fulfillment. - Ensure accurate and timely cash application on customer accounts. - Perform financial reconciliations to maintain accuracy in customer accounts and reporting. - Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. - Identify opportunities for process efficiency, accuracy, and automation within O2C. - Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. - Proven experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Finance operations, preferably in the SaaS or IT industry. - Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, collections, and reconciliation processes. - Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems and MS Excel. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.,
