Order Processing Executive – Unicommerce

We are hiring an Order Processing Executive to manage and execute daily order fulfillment tasks through Unicommerce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate processing of orders across multiple e-commerce platforms including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Jiomart, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order Management:
• Process daily orders using the Unicommerce panel.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched within the defined SLA.
• Monitor pending, canceled, or return orders and take timely action.
• Label & Invoice Handling:
• Generate and print invoices, shipping labels, and manifests.
• Ensure correct tagging of products with respective order IDs.
• Coordination with Warehouse & Courier:
• Communicate with warehouse/packing team for pick & pack.
• Coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely pickups.
• Inventory Updates:
• Monitor stock availability and flag low-stock items.
• Sync inventory updates across Unicommerce and marketplaces as needed.
• Returns & Replacements:
• Track return shipments and initiate appropriate actions.
• Update system records and coordinate with operations for re-processing.
• Reporting:
• Maintain order reports, dispatch logs, and courier performance tracking.

Required Skills:

• Hands-on experience with Unicommerce order management system.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Familiarity with packaging and shipping workflows.
• Good communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage work under tight timelines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
• Experience in e-commerce or logistics industry preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and data entry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,420.47 - ₹28,808.20 per month
