Order Packer & Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

Responsible for accurate packing of customer orders, ensuring timely dispatch, and maintaining stock records. The role also involves monitoring inventory, updating stock levels, and supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and neatly as per company standards.
• Ensure all products are packed safely with correct labeling and invoices.
• Prepare parcels for handover to courier/logistics partners.
• Maintain proper inventory records and update stock in the system regularly.
• Assist in stock counting, inwarding, and arranging products in the warehouse.
• Check for product damages, shortages, or mismatches and report them immediately.
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area and storage space.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in e-commerce packing/inventory handling will be an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge for stock entry and order updates.
• Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy in work.

• Team player with a proactive attitude.
