Order Operations Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level order operations analyst to join our team for processing orders &

maintaining documentation related to orders. As an AS9100D company maintaining accurate records

is critical to our success

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and filing them in appropriate folders as

per company norms

• Performing administrative duties as assigned, which may include data entry and report

generation

• Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and maintain accurate records

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 0-1 years of experience in entry-level commercial roles such as analyst, data

entry, purchase/ supply chain, or sales operations

• Work Ethic: High commitment to learning and growing skillset, attention to detail

• Technical Proficiency: Logical reasoning & basic mathematical ability. English reading

comprehension & writing skills are critical.

• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both in a collaborative team

• Qualifications: BSc, BA, BCom from Tier-2 college

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
