Order Operations Analyst

Role Overview: You will be joining our team as an entry-level order operations analyst to support in processing orders and maintaining order-related documentation. As our company is AS9100D certified, maintaining accurate records is crucial for our continued success. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in reviewing purchase orders for accuracy and organizing them in the appropriate folders as per company guidelines - Carry out administrative tasks as assigned, including data entry and generating reports Qualification Required: - 0-1 years of experience in entry-level commercial roles like analyst, data entry, purchase/supply chain, or sales operations - Strong work ethic with a high commitment to learning and improving skillset, with great attention to detail - Proficiency in logical reasoning and basic mathematical skills, along with critical English reading comprehension and writing abilities - Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment - Qualifications include a BSc, BA, or BCom from a Tier-2 college Note: The job type is full-time and permanent.
