Exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on quality are essential for this position. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Order Lifecycle Management:** Handle order entry, modifications, holds management, and deal renewals. - **Customer Interaction:** Address customer queries efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels. - **Escalation Management:** Proactively resolve issues to prevent escalations. - **Quality Focus:** Ensure transactions meet quality standards with zero defects. - **Invoicing and Billing:** Ensure accurate and timely billing with attention to detail. - **Stakeholder Communication:** Engage with teams for smooth order processing. - **Process Compliance:** Adhere to internal processes, quality guidelines, and SLAs. - **System Utilization:** Work with ERP and CRM systems for order management. - **Continuous Improvement:** Identify process gaps and suggest improvements. - **Shift Flexibility:** Be adaptable to working across various shifts for operational support. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** Any Graduate/Postgraduate.
