Job - Analyst Sales Operations

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Handle
incident management
and provide
Level-1 technical troubleshooting
for Sales & Order Management tools.
Coordinate with
IT, Operations, and global teams
to resolve system disruptions quickly.
Monitor and maintain
Service Levels, Tool Uptime, and minimal downtime
.
Analyze recurring issues, identify trends, and suggest process improvements.
Collaborate with
outsourced partner teams
to ensure business continuity.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of
STS, Order Management, or OTC processes
.
1 to 3 years of
international BPO
or similar support experience.
Good understanding of
Sales Tools, CRM, and Order Processing systems
.
Excellent
analytical, troubleshooting, and incident management
skills.
Flexible for
rotational shifts (APJ, EMEA, AMER)
.

Good to Have

Experience with IT incident management tools.
Reporting, metrics tracking & data analysis skills.
Knowledge of Dell tools, Sales operations, or CRM systems.
