Order Management Executive (Fluency Tamil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely fulfillment, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Prior experience in order management and operations is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end order processing from order receipt to dispatch coordination.
• Coordinate with warehouse team.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and timely dispatch.
• Handle order changes, cancellations, and returns in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in systems.
• Track and resolve issues related to delayed shipments, discrepancies, or customer complaints.
• Generate regular reports on order status, fulfillment rate, and other KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Ensure timely submission of Order and Billing report.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 1–3 years of experience in order management, sales coordination, or operations.
• Working knowledge of Tally, Busy, Zoho systems is a plus.
• Soft spoken, strong communication (fluent in Tamil language) and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
