β Coordinate with delivery partners for live order updates β Respond to inbound order-related tickets via CRM β Log every conversation and escalate issues per SOP β Track and update the escalation sheet daily β Make post-delivery feedback calls β Handle unresolved delivery issues or customer complaints β Conduct site visits where required β Manage refunds, cancellations, and exchanges in coordination with reporting manager β Coordinate across sales, procurement, delivery, and CS teams for resolution β Review client feedback forms and flag dissatisfied responses β Take ownership of high-risk or delayed orders Key Skills Required: β Strong verbal and written communication (English & Kannada mandatory, Hindi is an added advantage) β Assertive, persistent, and confident in tone β Excellent client handling and problem-solving skills β Calm under pressure and deadline-driven β Ability to follow processes and document every step β Basic familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets β Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
