Job Description

● Coordinate with delivery partners for live order updates ● Respond to inbound order-related tickets via CRM ● Log every conversation and escalate issues per SOP ● Track and update the escalation sheet daily ● Make post-delivery feedback calls ● Handle unresolved delivery issues or customer complaints ● Conduct site visits where required ● Manage refunds, cancellations, and exchanges in coordination with reporting manager ● Coordinate across sales, procurement, delivery, and CS teams for resolution ● Review client feedback forms and flag dissatisfied responses ● Take ownership of high-risk or delayed orders Key Skills Required: ● Strong verbal and written communication (English & Kannada mandatory, Hindi is an added advantage) ● Assertive, persistent, and confident in tone ● Excellent client handling and problem-solving skills ● Calm under pressure and deadline-driven ● Ability to follow processes and document every step ● Basic familiarity with CRM tools, Google Sheets ● Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license
