Role: Order Administration Support

Experience: 0-1 Years

Detail JD:

Job Responsibilities:

Customer:
Data Management: Help manage the creation, maintenance, and accuracy ofcustomer master records in our database. This includes capturing and updatingrelevant information such as contact details, billing and shipping addresses,and other pertinent data to ensure information is up-to-date.
Basic:
Data Validation: Identify and rectify discrepancies, inconsistencies orduplications in the system.
Collaboration:
Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, finance, andcustomer service to gather and validate customer information. Communicate andinteract both professionally and effectively to resolve data-related issues andprovide support when required.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as localizationrequirements when applicable, related to customer data and data privacy.
Escalation:
Escalate unresolved or complex cases to team leadership for assistance.
Customer
Satisfaction: Strive to meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets byaddressing concerns promptly, demonstrating empathy, and contributing to apositive overall customer experience.
