ORC Plant

As a Design Engineer at our ORC (Organic Rankine Cycle) Plant team, you will be responsible for designing and developing various industrial components, including heat exchangers, cooling towers, pressure vessels, heavy load frames, and piping systems. Your role will involve utilizing your strong technical expertise in thermodynamics, heat transfer, welding standards, and material selection, along with hands-on proficiency in CAD and simulation software. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing industrial equipment, creating detailed technical drawings and design calculations, performing stress analysis, thermal analysis, and pressure testing simulations, collaborating with manufacturing teams, selecting appropriate materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations, optimizing designs for efficiency and sustainability, and maintaining accurate design documentation. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in designing industrial equipment, proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, and simulation software like Ansys, a strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics, experience with welding standards and high-pressure/temperature conditions, a minimum of 3-5 years of industrial design experience, a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Power Plant Engineering, the ability to perform stress analysis, load calculations, and design optimization, as well as excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
