Monitor absenteeism of workers and report to shift in charge. 9. Maintain 5S at each workstation and shop floor. 10. Escalate design, planning & previous department issue to shift in charge. 11. Raise machine breakdown memo in system & take follow up to close. 12. Identify shortage of resources and highlight to shift in charge. 13. Give on-the-job training to workers to reduce defects and process time. 14. Review skill of each worker in interval of 3 month and give to shift in charge. 15.
