Job Description

Perform detailed Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis across business roles and system permissions to identify and document access control risks.

Design, implement, and maintain effective access control frameworks in compliance with internal audit, SOX, and other regulatory requirements

Conduct periodic access reviews and risk assessments, providing actionable insights to mitigate SoD conflicts across Oracle applications.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to analyze, identify, and resolve access conflicts in business-critical areas such as finance, procurement, and reporting.

Develop and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) models that support least-privilege principles while meeting operational needs.

Create and configure read-only roles for auditors, external users, and internal stakeholders to ensure secure, view-only access to sensitive data.

Support security design and control activities during Oracle Cloud and on-premises implementations or upgrades, ensuring SoD principles are embedded from the start.

Work with internal audit and compliance teams to document remediation plans, exceptions, and control justifications related to SoD risks.

Provide training and guidance to business and IT users on access request best practices, role assignments, and compliance expectations.

Utilize tools such as Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC), GRC, or third-party SoD analyzers to monitor and report on policy violations and resolutions.
