Title : Oracle GRC Consultant Location: Chennai/ Hyderabad / Bangalore Experience: 7+ years Notice Period: Immediate Joiner Job type: full Time / Contract Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to implement, configure, and manage Oracle GRC solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in risk management, security compliance, audit controls, and integration with Oracle ERP systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to work closely with compliance, finance, and IT teams. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle GRC solutions to support risk management and compliance processes. Ensure adherence to security policies, regulatory requirements, and internal controls. Analyze business requirements and translate them into GRC functional and technical solutions. Develop and maintain security roles, audit policies, and access controls in Oracle GRC. Conduct risk assessments, segregation of duties (SoD) analysis, and policy enforcement. Integrate Oracle GRC with Oracle ERP Cloud, EBS, and other enterprise systems. Monitor system activities, generate compliance reports, and conduct security audits. Provide training to end-users on GRC processes, controls, and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve security-related issues in Oracle applications. Required Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Finance, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Oracle GRC implementation and security management. Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001). Hands-on experience with Oracle Advanced Controls, Risk Management Cloud, and Audit Vault. Expertise in user access management, role design, and security policies. Proficiency in SQL, BI Publisher, and Oracle Security Console. Experience with security risk assessments and internal audit processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud security and access controls. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and risk mitigation strategies. Familiarity with IT General Controls (ITGC) and compliance automation tools. Oracle GRC certification is a plus.
