Oracle Service Cloud Engineer

• Contribute to design and discovery activities for Oracle CRM applications.
• Extract data and components from Oracle Service Cloud as part of decommissioning efforts.
• Support archiving, validation, and transition processes to ensure data retention compliance.
• Collaborate with leads and functional teams to ensure smooth handover and closure of systems.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Oracle Service Cloud data structure and administration.
• Experience in data extraction, archiving, and system decommissioning.
• Good understanding of Oracle CRM functional flows and dependencies.

Immediate joiners or candidates with notice period up to 30 days/less are highly preferred
