Job Title: Oracle SCM Functional Consultant / Assistant Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultants with strong expertise
in Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing (both Process and Discrete). The ideal
candidate should possess excellent communication skills and solid implementation experience.
Experience Level & Requirements:
Consultant (46 Years)
Minimum 1 end-to-end Oracle SCM implementation is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing
(Process/Discrete) modules.
Strong problem-solving and client interaction skills.
Should be able to handle requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and
support.
Assistant Manager (710 Years)
Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle SCM implementations is mandatory.
Proven experience in leading teams and handling client interactions independently.
Hands-on experience with Order Management, Inventory, Costing, and Manufacturing
(Process/Discrete) modules.
Expertise across multiple SCM modules with the ability to map business processes to Oracle
solutions.
Should be capable of driving workshops, solution design, and leading delivery in SCM tracks.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with clients to understand their supply chain business processes and provide Oracle-based
solutions.
Configure Oracle SCM modules as per business requirements.
Participate in implementation activities such as requirement analysis, design, configuration,
testing, training, and go-live support.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues.
Coordinate with technical teams and stakeholders during all project phases.
Ensure timely and quality project deliverables.
Required Skills:
Expertise in any Oracle SCM modules:
Order Management
Inventory
Costing
Manufacturing (Process/Discrete)
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good understanding of Oracle EBS or Fusion SCM (as applicable).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
