About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Techno-Functional Consultant who can work across implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should have strong functional understanding and technical expertise across Oracle Retail modules, especially MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a techno-functional expert for Oracle Retail applications, ensuring seamless integration and high-quality delivery.
  
• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Retail modules including

  MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM

  .
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, customization, and UAT.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
  
• Work closely with business users and technical teams to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  
• Prepare functional and technical documentation (BRDs, MD50, TE20, etc.).
  
• Perform data analysis, data mapping, and coordinate with integration teams.
  
• Support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and patches.
  
• Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project timelines.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience

  working with Oracle Retail applications.
• Strong expertise in at least three of the following modules:
  

• MFCS (Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service)

• RMS (Retail Merchandising System)

• ReSA (Retail Sales Audit)

• RPM (Retail Price Management)

• Hands-on experience with both functional flows and technical components (PL/SQL, APIs, integrations, batch jobs).
  
• Good understanding of retail business processes (merchandising, pricing, sales audit).
  
• Experience in production support, incident management, and system enhancements.
  
• Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
