Location: Remote Duration: 3+ Months (Extendable) Start Date: ASAP Role Overview We are seeking an experienced SIOCS Consultant to join our team, specializing in Oracle Store Inventory Operations Cloud Service (SIOCS). We are looking for a candidate who have good ORSIM/SIOCS knowledge in Implementation/Support & experience with REST APIs. Integrate SIOCS with external systems like OMS(Order Management System) for Order Journeys and upgrade SIOCS with REST webservices with existing SOAP services. Key Responsibilities API Integration*: Utilize REST API Knowledge & expertise to integrate SIOCS with external systems, including API mapping and ensuring robust connectivity. SIOCS Implementation: Should be able to support SIOCS Rollout and Hypercare post implementation for our new brand implementation. Integration with RMS and Other Systems: Operational and Integrational Knowledge is expected to solve L2 and L3 issues within SIOCS and RMS/RPM and RIB. Functional Expertise: Demonstrate strong understanding of SIOCS functionalities, including Transfers, Stock Counts, and Direct Store Deliveries (DSDs), to support store operations. Collaboration: Work closely with RMS L2 and L3 support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Transfers, Return to Vendor (RTVs), Stock Counts, and DSDs. Mobile Application Knowledge: Support and enhance SIOCS Store App, including Mobile Application Framework (MAF) and JET Mobile, to ensure optimal performance and user experience. Issue Resolution and Support: Raise Service Requests (SRs) with Oracle for identified bugs in SIOCS Cloud during testing cycles, following up to ensure timely resolution. Required Skills and Qualifications Strong expertise in REST and SOAP APIs, with hands-on experience in integrating SIOCS with external systems and API mapping with SQL knowledge. Proven experience in SIOCS/ORSIM implementation and configuration & Basic knowledge of Oracle RMS and integration with SIOCS, RIB, and RPM. In-depth understanding of SIOCS functionalities such as Transfers(Receiving & Shipments), Stock Counts, and DSDs(PO s and PO s with ASN). Ability to write detailed technical design documents, conduct POCs, and perform unit testing. Experience collaborating with RMS support teams to resolve integrational and data issues.
