Job Description

Carelon Global Solution Solution is seeking a Senior Software Engineer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL workflows to support data warehousing and analytics requirements.
Write complex PL/SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned SQL scripts for data extraction and transformation.
Integrate and automate ETL jobs using Python for data validation, transformation, and process optimization.
Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
Perform data quality checks, troubleshoot ETL issues, and ensure data accuracy across systems.
Optimize data loads and ensure performance tuning of ETL jobs and database queries.
Collaborate with BI, analytics, and infrastructure teams to deliver end-to-end data solutions.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in ETL development and data integration.
Strong proficiency in Oracle Database and PL/SQL (procedures, triggers, packages, performance tuning).
Proficiency in Python for data processing and workflow automation.
Experience working with large datasets and performance optimization.
Good understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL best practices.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and scheduling/orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow, Control-M) is a plus.
