Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Payroll Consultant to lead and support the design, configuration, and deployment of Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions across multiple geographies and currencies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll , global implementations, and a deep understanding of regional compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations across multiple countries. Configure Oracle HCM Payroll modules to meet country-specific legislative and currency requirements. Collaborate with regional HR, Finance, and compliance teams to gather business requirements. Design, develop, and test payroll elements, fast formulas, payroll definitions, balance feeds, and statutory reports. Integrate payroll with Time & Labor, Absence Management, and Finance systems. Ensure compliance with local tax and legal regulations (e.g., US, UK, EMEA, APAC, etc.). Perform parallel runs, UAT, and payroll reconciliation for multi-country payroll. Coordinate payroll go-lives and post-production support activities. Handle complex payroll processing scenarios, including retroactive adjustments, off-cycle runs, and multi-currency calculations. Support quarterly patch testing and Oracle updates.
