Key Responsibilities: SAP CRM & TPM Expertise: Configure, customize, and troubleshoot SAP CRM and TPM modules. Collaboration & Support: Work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support technical solutions. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement system enhancements for efficiency and performance. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Experience: 10+ years in SAP CRM and 1+ year in SAP TPM technical roles. Skills: Strong ABAP programming, SAP integration knowledge, and problem-solving abilities. Certifications: SAP CRM and/or TPM certifications are a plus. Additional Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
