Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Consultant to join our team and support the design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong domain knowledge in [Finance / SCM / HCM / Procurement] and hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud modules. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle ERP solutions. Configure and maintain Oracle ERP Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, SCM, HCM, Procurement). Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement and enhance ERP functionalities. Develop reports, dashboards, and integrations using tools like OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, and REST/SOAP APIs. Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system performance. Support testing (unit, system, UAT), data migration, and go-live activities. Maintain documentation for configurations, technical specifications, and user training. Stay updated with Oracle quarterly updates and recommend necessary changes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. [5+] years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP implementations or support. Proficiency in one or more Oracle Cloud ERP modules: (e.g., Financials, Supply Chain, Procurement, HCM). Experience in Oracle Cloud tools: OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, OIC, REST/SOAP APIs. Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or HR. Ability to document business processes and translate them into system configurations. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
