Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an Oracle JDE CNC specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist with employee engagement surveys and other HR initiatives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including demographic information and performance reviews.
Collect and analyze data to prepare reports and contribute to developing HR strategies.
Identify and suggest solutions to HR-related problems using strong analytical skills.
Learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, including the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies by analyzing trends and patterns in data.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Strong understanding of HR domain business processes and concepts.
Prior experience with ERP systems or other HR application software is desirable.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and willingness to learn the Oracle HCM Cloud platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with JDE CNC and Oracle HCM Cloud platform is preferred.
