Job Description

Job Summary:

Oracle IAM Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identity & Access Management:

user identities, roles, groups, and permissions
user provisioning, de-provisioning, and lifecycle management
IAM policies, access controls, and compliance standards
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

2. Oracle IAM Administration:

Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Directory Services (OID, OUD), and Oracle Identity Federation (OIF)
authentication and authorization mechanisms
Identity Governance Administration (IGA) solutions
Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure AD, AWS IAM), and third-party applications

3. Security & Compliance:

security best practices and compliance requirements
regular access reviews, audits, and risk assessments
cybersecurity teams

4. System Monitoring & Troubleshooting:

performance and health
IAM-related issues, access failures, and authentication errors
system upgrades, patches, and enhancements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
4+ years of experience
Oracle Identity Manager (OIM), Oracle Access Manager (OAM), Oracle Directory Services (OID, OUD), and Oracle Identity Federation (OIF)
SSO, MFA, Federated Identity Management, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
Identity Governance (IGA)
compliance standards
Active Directory, LDAP, cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, Azure AD, AWS IAM)
problem-solving
communication and collaboration

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle IAM certifications
cloud-based IAM solutions and automation
Python, Shell, or PowerShell
Zero Trust Architecture
