Expectations from the job: Telco BSS(CRM) candidates who can take responsibility for analyzing and documenting telco CRM processes, systems, and requirements to support decision-making, solution design, and the delivery of next generation BSS(CRM) product design in RnD organization 1. Translate Product needs into functional and technical specifications that align with business goals and constraints. 2. Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure the solution meets the Product requirements. 3. Create process models, diagrams, and documentation that provide clear guidance to the development teams. 4. Create technical design for complex systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability 5. Ensure solutions adhere to Open API/TMF best practices, standards, and security requirements Required Domain Knowledge: 1. Expertise in system integration, APIs, BSS(CRM) domain. 2. Familiarity with both on-premises and cloud-native architectures. 3. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to design technical solutions that meet Product RnD in BSS(CRM). 4. Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. 5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 6. Strategic mindset with a focus on delivering business value Experience: 6 year + in BSS(CRM) domain in RnD organization Required Technical Knowledge: 1.
