Job Description

Position: Oracle HRMS EBS Techno-Functional Consultant. Position Summary: The candidate should ideally have experience of 7+ Years of experience in HRMS EBS Technical. Strong communication skills and be able to work well within a team. Responsibilities: Responsible for understanding and extracting the customer data from their ERP which can be from any of the ERPs including but not limited to Oracle EBS. Understand our products data model and map it with the customer data model. If required, transform the data, load it into the product, and validate the loads. Run the HR and Payroll reports and dashboards and make sure they are working as per the functional requirement. If there are issues either in ETL, Reports or Dashboards, analyze such issues and fix them as required. Should be able to write small to large SQL queries as needed. Good enough to understand the existing PLSQL packages/procedures/functions and modified/create new ones as needed. Should be good in Oracle Core HR, Payroll. Should be good in SIT ,EIT & User Hooks . Experienced in User Roles, Value Sets & Lookups. Should be experienced in Oracle Payroll fast formula. Should be experienced in XML Publisher Reports & Oracle Reports. The candidate should be able to develop end to end interfaces, reports, extracts, debug/develop custom forms, well versed with advanced plsql concepts. Ability to break down complex issues and identify the most important and relevant information and options. Ability to present and discuss problems with others toward a permanent solution. Investigate and understand the cause of defects raised. Interpret, understand and resolve user support issues. Ability to perform root cause analysis. Recommend solutions to system or process obstacles. Decision Making Authority Responsibility Responsible to design functional solutions to business requirements. Use effective judgment to weigh different options for achieving better results within appropriate timeframes. Highlight any concerns affecting workplace deliverables.
