Job Description

Position Summary:

The Principal ETL/BI Consultant is responsible for planning, designing, configuring, developing, testing, deploying and supporting

ETL/BI solutions. Develops and uses ETL applications to perform data analysis, create technical designs and provide applications support.

Responsibilities:

Develop modern scalable business intelligence and data warehouse solutions aligned with clients needs.
Develop robust data loads using ODI, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other ETL tools.
Working on supporting client environments on ODI and all Oracle BI solutions (OAC, OAS, BIP, FDI, BI Apps).
Support, troubleshooting and performance tuning for existing BI environments.
Semantic Data Modelling and Report Design.
Working with Project Managers in various project implementations.
Working with Oracle Support on identified issues.
Working closely with BI Data Architect on solution design and development.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. and relevant career experience 5+ years.
ODI is required, OIC/Power BI and other BI certifications are preferred.

Required Skills:

5+ years of hands-on experience working in ETL and Data Warehousing.
5+ years of strong experience in ODI development.
Strong SQL Development and Performance tuning experience.
Ability to work on complex problems and provide feasible solutions in time.
