Job Description

OBIEE/ODI Developer

Contract position

Roles and Responsibilities:

Candidates should have a minimum of 5+ yrs. of relevant experience in OBIEE, BI, Datawarehouse, Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), Informatica, Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
Should have work experience on EBS.
Responsible for designing, implementing, customizing, and integrating Oracle OBIEE with other systems, and providing ongoing support and future enhancements of those solutions.
Responsible for ensuring Clients Oracle OBIEE portfolio of applications are designed to meet evolving business requirements and standards for reliability, scalability, availability, and usability.
Create Dashboards/Reports on the OBIEE environment based on business requirements.
Support ETL and data warehousing applications and tools (Informatica)
Experience in developing OBIEE Repository (.rpd) three layers (Physical Layer, Business Model & Presentation Layer).
Good exposure in Extracting, transforming, and loading Data from different source systems.
Should have Hands-on experience in ETL tool ODI/ Informatica (ODI preferred to have)
Exposure in developing ODI interfaces, Packages, Functions, Procedures, Scenarios, ODI Load Plans & customizing the Knowledge modules.
Create new mappings in Informatica/ODI based on business requirements.
Troubleshoot issues from reports down to data and give solutions for a problem.
Work with team members as needed to scope, design, test, implement, support and enhance Oracle OBIEE and BI solutions.
Knowledge of Continuous Integration, Test Strategies, Git, Jenkins, Gradle, Docker will be an added advantage.
Capable of working in a fast paced, dynamic, team-oriented environment.
Should possess Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
