Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure Oracle HCM meets business requirements.
Perform testing of configurations, customizations, and integrations.
Identify, track, and manage defects through tools like JIRA/HP ALM.
Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and project teams for issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with Agile/Scrum processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of overall experience in Testing/Quality Assurance.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM configurations & UAT.
Strong knowledge of UAT processes, methodologies, and defect management.
Experience with
JIRA, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
