Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users for HighJump WMS modules and features. Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to HighJump WMS. Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs. Develop and conduct training programs for end-users. Maintain and update documentation related to HighJump WMS processes, procedures, and configurations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HighJump WMS with other systems. Assist with testing and deployment of new software releases and updates. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in HighJump WMS technology. Required Skills and Experience: Strong experience with Oracle Database 11g or higher, SQL, and PL/SQL. Experience with Web services, Alerts, PLLs, DFFs, and module-related APIs. Strong technical knowledge of database design architecture. Ability to design and implement tables, views, procedures, constraints, and relationships. Expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology. Methodical troubleshooting skills to solve complex issues. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HighJump WMS. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
