Oracle HCM techno-functional experience in ORC, Talent Management and Learning modules
Experience with APIs, Approval workflows & Fast formulas
• Technical Functional skills in Oracle HCM for respective modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, Analytics etc)
• Create BIP/ OTBI/ FDI reports in Oracle HCM • Lead the following activities o Functional review and verification of modules and HCM project deliverables o In scope: Review of functional design, functional testing, functional configuration review, integration testing, reports validation, data conversion validation • Testing Experience to perform o Test management Support on behalf of Honeywell o Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios provided by Honeywell o Executing test cases in DEV and SIT o Documenting test results o Reporting test results • Data Conversion o Perform data validation o Good understanding of various HDL Loaders and data conversion • Integrations Experience to perform (Core HR, Recruitment, Security, Integrations, Reporting, Analytics etc) o Working on the interface Impact Analysis o Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis o End-to-End Integration testing o Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations • Provide support in training on all HCM modules
