4+ years of hands-on experience

Role & Responsibilities:

Configure and support
Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR & Workforce Compensation modules)
.
Develop and customize
OTBI reports, Fast Formulas, and BIP (BI Publisher) reports
.
Troubleshoot and optimize
SQL queries
for data extraction and analysis.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to deliver seamless
HCM solutions
