Requirements:-
Oracle HCM TechnicalMinimum 8-15 years of experience in HR systems like PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM with at least 3 years of relevant experienceExtensive knowledge of HRIS platforms, including systems related to employee systems of record, benefits, payroll, compensation, organizational developmentOracle HCM implementation experience, preferably large scale implementations with a focus on configurationsAt least 3 years experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration for Payroll - at least 1 full life cycle project delivery experience (hands-on)Payroll Fast Formula knowledge is a MUSTKnowledge of Payroll UK legislation and Compensation will be an added advantageKnowledge on Creating Payroll Elements, Eligibility ProfilesKnowledge of Fusion technical areas like DFF, EFF, OTBI, BIP, HCM Extracts, Data loaderHands on experience in BI reporting Area as Primary Skill and Understanding about Zellis HCM applicationThe candidate is expected to have 6 8 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 3 end-to-end HCM implementations.Oracle HCM FunctionalThe candidate is expected to have 8 - 10 years of expert domain knowledge in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle. S/he must have been a part of at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations of which at least 2 should have been with HCM Cloud.The candidate must have expert working experience in 1 or more of these modules along with the Core HR module Absence Management & Oracle Time and Labour.In-depth understanding of HCM Cloud business process and their data flow.
