Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions using Generative AI to optimize HR processes and enhance system capabilities. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula into existing systems, resolving technical issues related to HR systems, and conducting regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical support and training to end-users, and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance. Your role will also involve developing and maintaining documentation for system processes and configurations, collaborating with the automotive industry team to align HR solutions with industry-specific needs, participating in code reviews and testing, and contributing to the development of innovative HR solutions that drive business growth and employee satisfaction. You will support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of Generative AI and its application in HR systems. - Experience in the automotive industry understanding its unique HR challenges and requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest HR technologies.
