Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula and Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll with a strong background in the automotive industry. This role involves developing innovative solutions to enhance our HR systems ensuring seamless payroll operations and contributing to the overall efficiency of our processes.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement solutions using Generative AI to optimize HR processes and enhance system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula into existing systems ensuring smooth operations.
Utilize Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll expertise to streamline payroll processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Analyze and resolve technical issues related to HR systems providing timely and effective solutions.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with industry standards.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Provide technical support and training to end-users enhancing their understanding and utilization of HR systems.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve system performance.
Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and configurations ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Collaborate with the automotive industry team to align HR solutions with industry-specific needs and challenges.
Participate in code reviews and testing to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.
Contribute to the development of innovative HR solutions that drive business growth and employee satisfaction.
Support the hybrid work model by effectively managing tasks and communication in both remote and in-office settings.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Generative AI and its application in HR systems.
Demonstrate proficiency in OC HCM Tools-Fast Formula and Oracle Cloud HCM-Payroll.
Have experience in the automotive industry understanding its unique HR challenges and requirements.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Show a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest HR technologies.
