Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc.) as per business requirements.
  • Develop and configure custom reports, interfaces, and extensions using Oracle HCM tools and technologies.
  • Design, develop, and test integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems using tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services, and other technologies.
  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle HCM users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Create documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle HCM updates and enhancements.
  • Evaluate new Oracle HCM features and functionalities for possible inclusion in existing systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 6-8 years of experience as an

    Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

    with a strong understanding of both functional and technical aspects of Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud applications.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud reporting tools such as BI Publisher, OTBI, and Custom Reports.
  • Solid knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, tools, and technologies, including Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Web Services and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and issue resolution skills, both technical and functional.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud certifications in HCM or related modules.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in project delivery.
  • Understanding data security and compliance standards in HR systems.

Security & Compliance

  • Awareness of global security standards such as SOX, GDPR, and Indias PDPB.
  • Experience working in a secure, compliant environment following company security protocols.
  • Ability to document technical solutions clearly and present findings when needed.
