Job Description

Purpose of the Role As a Technical Lead, youl will be responsible for leading cross-functional engineering teams to deliver customer-facing features across web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and architects to turn ideas into reality in a scalable, performant, and delightful way. Location- Remote Shift- US Shift Role & responsibilities Lead development of user-facing features using React, React Native, Swift, and Kotlin. Guide and mentor engineers; perform code reviews and enforce coding standards. Collaborate with architects to implement cloud-native solutions in Azure and AWS. good to have. Integrate data engineering and ML capabilities into product experiences. Partner with marketing and analytics teams to deliver A/B testing, personalization, and segmentation. good to have Champion Agile best practices and support continuous improvement of development processes. Ensure high availability, performance, and security of applications. Preferred candidate profile 8-10 years of hands-on engineering experience, with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role. Strong experience with full-stack JavaScript frameworks and mobile app development. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and serverless services. Exposure to machine learning integration and big data tools like DataBricks is a plus. Experience working with marketing tech stacks is a bonus. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
