Benefits, Compensation Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant to implement and support Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or more HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Absence Management, and Time & Labor. Key Responsibilities: Implement and configure Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on business requirements. Work closely with HR and business teams to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and design solutions. Perform system testing, UAT, and assist with data migration activities. Configure security roles, workflows, and approvals in Oracle HCM. Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure integration with third-party systems. Stay updated with Oracle Cloud HCM updates and releases. Required Skills & Experience: Experience: 5+ years in Oracle HCM, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM. Strong knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Talent Management, and Time & Labor . Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP reports, and HDL/HCM Data Loader . Experience in configuring workflows, security roles, and approvals . Good understanding of Oracle Cloud release cycles and quarterly updates. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
