Oracle HCM Functional Architect

Role Overview: As an experienced Oracle HCM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. Your deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, HR business processes, and enterprise architecture will be crucial in translating HR requirements into scalable and efficient system solutions. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the lead architect for Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements. - Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs. - Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and best practices. - Lead solution design workshops and stakeholder meetings. - Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR). - Oversee solution development, configuration, and deployment in collaboration with development and QA teams. - Guide data migration strategy and assist with data conversion activities. - Provide governance and oversight during project execution and support phases. - Develop technical and functional documentation. - Mentor junior team members and provide thought leadership in Oracle HCM capabilities. Qualification Required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 8+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, with at least 3 years as a Solution Architect. - Proven experience in full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations. - In-depth knowledge of at least 3 major Oracle HCM Cloud modules. - Experience with HCM data models, security roles, fast formulas, and workflow configuration. - Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher. - Familiarity with industry best practices in HR business processes. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Oracle Cloud Certification(s) in HCM is highly desirable.
