We are Seeking for experienced candidate having experience on modules Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR /Absence / Payroll /Compensation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM). Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements, design solutions and implement. Should be able to manage a team of functional resources. Should be an expert in at least two modules in Oracle HCM Cloud with Core HR as one mandate module .
1. Should have a total of at least 12+ years of IT experience.
2. Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for Oracle Core HR modules.
3. Configure and customize the Oracle Core HR module to meet client-specific needs, including organization structure setup, position management, employee data management, and other HR processes.
4. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Oracle Core HCM modules, including resolving configuration errors, data discrepancies, and user inquiries.
5. Stay updated on the latest Oracle HCM releases, patches, and updates, and assess their applicability to clients' needs.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of projects.
7. Should have hands on expertise on Personalization, workflow, design studio.
8. Exposure to HDL, OTBI Dashboards or SQL skills would be an added advantage.
9. Technical knowledge of BI reports, data conversion is a plus.
