Experience - 5-8 years Location - Whitefield, BangaloreMode of working - Work from OfficeRole Overview: • Should demonstrate hands-on experience in configuring and maintain Unica servers, databases, and integrations.• Should demonstrate experience in Installation, configuration and upgrade Unica 11 components (Campaign, Interact etc.)• Good hands-on experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Unica 11 installations and configurations.• Should have good hands-on experience in administration of IBM WebSphere Application Server (versions 8.x, 9.x, or later).• Experience with integration with IBM MQ or similar messaging middleware.• Should have experience in working with HCL support for technical assistance or escalations.• Apply Oracle-provided patches and hotfixes to maintain system stability and security.• Hands-on experience with Siebel EIM for data migration and batch processing.
