Job Description

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end techno-functional expertise in
Oracle HCM Oracle Recruiting Cloud
Strong understanding of:

Talent Acquisition
Sourcing and Engagement
Onboarding
Integrations
related to ORC

Configure and develop ORC modules as per business requirements
Manage full SDLC phases:
Requirements Gathering Solution Design Configuration / Development Unit Testing
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery
Prepare documentation and support UAT and production rollout
Interact with customers directly—both verbal and written communication should be excellent

Required Skills & Qualifications

5–10 years of overall Oracle HCM experience
Strong hands-on knowledge of
ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
Experience with fast formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, Integrations (if any)
Ability to translate business needs into system configurations
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Willing to work in 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST shift (US overlap)
