The tasks/activities will include: Supporting the implementation of the reporting strategy in the context of the migration to Oracle HR system, including: Assess the existing Business Objects reports impacted by the implementation of the new HR system, Support the business users with the usage of the reporting modules and reports (i.e testing, analysis, implementation, etc.). Document and define data impacted by the implementation of the Oracle HR system, Specify the data quality controls raised during the implementation of the new system, Define the Enterprise Conceptual Data Model, Gather users feedback post implementation, Document the procedures and guidelines. The staff member must demonstrate knowledge in: Oracle reporting technologies (OTBI and BI publisher) SAP BusinessObjects Knowledge of Data Governance concepts Power BI Power Designer Microsoft Excel SQL Analysis, testing and producing written design specification and documentation Excellent knowledge of English/French and, at least, good oral and written knowledge of French/English Understanding of business concepts used in Banking and more specifically in Personnel data Domain for reporting.
