Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations Engineer

Job Description

Key Skills: Oracle HCM, Integration Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain integrations for Oracle HCM Cloud using: REST and SOAP APIs HCM Extracts & BI Publisher HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL (Spreadsheet Loader) Build real-time and batch integrations with internal systems and external vendors (e.g., payroll, benefits, timekeeping). Perform configuration and hands-on design to implement complex HCM Extract requirements. Provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud interfaces and troubleshoot technical issues. Translate business requirements into technical specifications by collaborating with business analysts and HR teams. Conduct root cause analysis for integration issues and implement effective solutions. Participate in code and design reviews to ensure adherence to quality and best practices. Lead the technical design and execution of system enhancements and integration projects. Analyze system processes to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements. Support end users by resolving issues and providing guidance on standard processes. Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support and enhance system interfaces. Skills Required: 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud integration experience, preferably in large enterprise environments. Proficiency with HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, HDL, HSDL, REST/SOAP APIs. Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, data transformation, and bulk data loads. Integration experience with third-party systems (e.g., ADP Global View, Celergo, Fidelity, BSwift, UNUM). Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, and related HCM modules. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 6 years of technology or industry experience required. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Cloud HCM Certification. Experience with Agile methodologies and testing practices. Knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll Interfaces. Understanding of Oracle AI features and capabilities within HCM Cloud. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
